A revolutionary new approach to insulation
The Celsius approach to refrigerated vehicle insulation uses the latest CAD-CAM technology to precision fabricate lightweight panels that are bespoke to each base vehicle.
The plastic insulation panels are made from recycled plastic bottles, which are themselves fully recyclable at the end of their life. The insulation is heat-bonded to durable textured plastic lining which is fully resistant to the rigours of daily operational use.
Our process does not use wood or GRP and makes only minimal use of sealants – meaning Celsius conversions are quick and straightforward to decommission prior to de-fleeting, maximising retail value on the used market.
