About Us
We are specialist refrigerated vehicle and fridge van converters based in Lancashire, providing cutting-edge control temp refrigeration solutions for fleet operators across the chilled, frozen and temperature controlled transport sector.

Built for Performance, Designed for Compliance
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Celsius are known for delivering bespoke panel van conversions that meet specific operational demands. Our vehicles are built to meet longevity, thermal efficiency and sustainability goals, to ensure commercial operators stay compliant without compromising on performance.

Experts in Bespoke Panel Conversions
Celsius is one of the UK’s leading bespoke panel van converters, offering a complete in-house service, including initial design to final fit-out. Every converted panel van is carefully designed and engineered to offer dependable, long-term service in demanding environments.
We convert vans from all leading manufacturers into chillers, freezers, dual-temperature and ambient vehicles, each tailored to support control temp refrigeration requirements across a range of industries.
Our sole focus is on van conversion fridge solutions, which allows us to partner closely with major fleet operators, as well as contract, hire, rental and leasing companies. We do not supply base vans, leasing or finance.

Chill, freeze, ambient or multi-temperature panel van conversions that match delivery needs
Expertly engineered van conversion fridge builds using proven components for long-term reliability

A Revolution in Refrigerated Insulation
Our approach to control temp refrigeration is driven by innovation. Through a UK Government-funded Research and Development project, we have developed Polycore, a lightweight, highly efficient insulation product made entirely from recycled plastic bottles, which are fully recyclable at the end of their life.
The insulation is precision cut using CAD-CAM technology and heat-bonded to a durable textured plastic lining that withstands the rigours of daily operational use. These sustainable insulation materials deliver superior thermal performance and contribute to lighter vehicle weights, making them particularly well-suited to electric vans.
Our conversions are quick and straightforward to decommission before de-fleeting, helping to maximise resale value on the used market.

Research and Development
We have invested heavily in research and development. We work with leading institutions such as the University of Warwick and global partners including Siemens. We have developed industry-first solutions, including zero-emission electric fridge vans designed for last-mile delivery into city centre low-emission zones.
We continue to invest in CAD-CAM and 3D printing technology and are increasingly using AI to analyse operational data that refines the performance of our temperature-controlled conversions.
